Photo View: (5-896) AMERICAN EAGLE OFFICERS SWORD

Circa about 1820. Broad curved 30” blade with broad shallow fuller, engraved with floral and marked on the spine ‘Sold by C & IC Wolfe, New York’. Brass stirrup hilt with eaglehead pommel, reeded bone grip, no scabbard. Very nice-some light gray patina developing on the blade, very light pitting; hilt is in VG condition.
