2nd Generation, 12” Colt Buntline Special .45 bbl married to a 1st Generation Revolver. Exc bore. Extensively engraved in typical scroll patterns with the cylinder bearing numerals 1-6. Complete refinish is composed of blued bbl and frame of which virtually all remains; ejector housing, cylinder and hammer retain 95% gold plate; triggerguard and back strap 45% gold plate. 2-piece pearl grips show some age and fit fairly well. Classy looking buntline.
