W155  WINCHESTER MODEL 95 Cal 35 WCF. 24" bbl. A good looking rifle with about 60- 70% blue remaining on the bbl and 80% on the receiver. Bore is VG with nice strong rifling. One extra hole drilled in the upper tang for a tang sight. "MADE IN U.S.A." stamped on the barrel. Wood has some non-factory checkering. Added sling eyes. A White Line butt pad has been added as well. Crisp action. Nice old Winchester 95.

W2154 WINCHESTER MODEL 1894 SRC IN 32-40 Standard 20 inch barrel carbine configuration chambered in 32-40 WCF caliber. Bore is good but cold improve with a good cleaning. Crisp action. Metal surfaces are light brown/gray color. Original sights include a pinned blade front and folding ladder rear. Wood is in pretty good condition with some usage and handling mars. Early 1900's carbine with lots of use left in it.

W378 EARLY WINCHESTER 1894 SRC IN RARE CALIBER 25-35 WCF cal. This is the least encountered caliber for an 1894 SRC. 20 inch round barrel with full mag. and carbine butt. Bore is good with strong rifling, may clean up to be better. All metal seems to have an artificial aged patina. Good action. Wood is in good condition with no cracks or chips. Front sight is original, rear sight has been replaced. First year production early serial number that looks re-stamped. This would be a good cowboy action gun.

Nicely figured. Correct carbine buttplate. Correct saddle ring as well as ladder style rear sight. Early hard to find gun in desirable caliber.

W690  ANTIQUE WINCHESTER 1894 SRC Standard carbine configuration in Cal 30 WCF. 20" round bbl, full length mag tube and carbine butt. Metal is mostly a brown color. Wood has numerous mars, dings and scratches. Forearm has a crack at the front bottom. Bore is rough with visible rifling and may clean up. Classic Winchester carbine that looks like it has "been there and done that" with an Antique serial number.

Mag tube hanger has been cleaned or replaced. Forend cap, receiver and butt plate are mostly brown blending to a silver/grey. Several replaced screws. Original sights. Strong bore. Crisp action. Wood is in decent shape and appears to be lightly sanded and stained long ago. Interesting Winchester.

W281  1894 WINCHESTER RIFLE Standard configuration rifle with 26" round bbl, full length mag tube and crescent buttplate. An early 1900's gun in VG overall cond. Does show some age but looks like it was taken care of. Blue has turned to a blue/brown color. A bit more blue to the mag tube. Receiver has pretty much entirely greyed out. Bore is in the good category with somewhat bright good rifling. No pitting but some typical roughness. Wood is VG overall cond. Nice fitting with all four corners intact. The forearm is also in nice cond. There has been a coat of varnish added. A decent old rifle.

W174  WINCHESTER 1894 RIFLE 38-55 A very nice cond Winchester with a 26" rd bbl, full mag and crescent buttplate. It would be hard to find nicer bbl blue. 95%+ remaining. A couple of scratches towards the front sight and light wear in a couple of spots. Mag tube also has nice blue. Receiver has nice blue on the left side and typical flaking on the right. This gun is in the 850k serial range and they had the tendency to do that. The bottom of the buttplate was evidently sitting on something and got a little rust so it has been lightly cleaned and is now a silver/brown color. The top of the buttplate looks nice. The wood also looks nice. It is nice fitting and in VG cond. VG bore, especially for being a 38-55.

W865 MODEL 1894 WINCHESTER RIFLE 26 inch round barrel with half mag chambered in the very popular 30 WCF caliber. Barrel has most original thinning blue present and worn gray at the carry point between the rear sight and frame. Bore is good with strong rifling. Action is smooth. Folding 2 leaf rear sight and blade front. Receiver still has plenty of dark original blue blending blue/plum/brown patina that has worn to a silver/gray at the carry point. Traces of case color on hammer and lever. Wood is good fitting and you can still catch a finger nail. Some oil staining at the wrist and just a few handling mars. Over all a very honest looking Winchester made in 1902.

Bbl has turned mostly a grey/silver color. Receiver is a grey with some brown freckling. Lever and hammer have very faint traces of color. Bore is dark with good rifling and may clean up. Overall wood is good with the typical handling mars and a gouge on the right side of the buttstock as well as a chip out at the upper tang. A coat of oil has been applied some time ago. Crisp tight action.

W72 15” WINCHESTER ‘94 TRAPPER This 1925 SRC is in 30WCF caliber, VG bright shiny bore, thinning original blue on barrel and mag tube. Receiver is a brown/grey patina. Good crisp action. Original saddle ring. Carbine ladder rear sight, standard carbine post with blade front sight. Wood on stock is solid, but has about a 2" gouge on upper left side. Forearm is missing a big sliver on left side from long ago. These short barreled guns are scarce and desirable in any condition. This is a very good collectable and usable Winchester.

Hard rubber Winchester buttplate with a crack at the heel. Good bore with strong rifling. Crisp action.

R2251  FACTORY ENGRAVED REMINGTON BEALS SINGLE SHOT RIFLE Caliber 32 RF. Half octagon barrel. Straight stock checkered deluxe wood with a minor repair at the wrist. Sound and solid. Engraved rifle style buttplate. Barrel retains a considerable amount of original blue turning a plum color. Receiver is nicely engraved with a Patriotic scene on the left and dog and buck scene on the right. Looks very much like the work of Nimschke. Nice little gun with correct sights and sharp engraving. About 50% silver remains on the frame. Quite an attractive gun.

R2250  REMINGTON MODEL 14-1/2 RIFLE Caliber 44-40. Original 22 1/2 inch barrel with correct sights. Stock has been lightly cleaned and is in very good condition with the exception of a crack from being dropped on the heel. Also has the rarely seen inverted style butt plate that protects the toe. Overall gun is very good with 90% bright blue. Slight wear in the unprotected areas. Fine markings. Nice mechanics. Great bore. Scarce gun.

Original sights include the early 66 style flip up rear sight. Overall gun has sharp corners, excellent markings and a plum/brown color. Wood has a few mars and dings but no cracks or splits. Complete with a carbine style buttplate. A later 2nd model carbine in the 79k serial range. Still a very desirable gun. Nice functioning action. Original dust cover. Made in 1881.

W1363  WINCHESTER MODEL 1894 25-35 A somewhat early gun being manufactured in 1903. 26" round bbl with button mag. Bbl is marked Model 94. Most receiver blue remains. Some wear at the serial number. Bbl has most blue with some thinning towards the muzzle. This gun has a beautiful bright shiny bore. Near excellent overall bore cond. Good looking wood that is nice fitting. A light coat of varnish has been added at some time.

Bbl has nearly all blue with some wear at the muzzle. Receiver has an aging blue and some wear at the carry point. Buttstock is in VG cond with no cracks or losses. Getting somewhat dark with what appears to be oil staining. Forearm is also in good overall cond. Nice action. VG bore.

W675A  SPECIAL ORDER WINCHESTER MODEL 1894 Half round half oct bbl on this 32 WS. Full length mag tube and crescent butt. This is a 1902 gun which is still very presentable. Nice bbl blue lightly turning. Receiver has a pleasing antique patina being somewhat brown. Buttstock has some usage wear. A sliver missing from the upper corner and light crack coming from the frame. Everything is solid with all orig wood there. The forearm also exhibits some usage but in good cond overall with just on slight crack coming off the forearm cap. Wood present and solid. VG bright shiny bore and nice action. This is a gun to be proud of and still use.

MSG605 BELGIUM MADE BROWNING SUPER-POSED MIDAS GRADE OVER AND UNDER 12 GAUGE SHOTGUN

MSG605  BELGIUM MADE BROWNING SUPER-POSED MIDAS GRADE OVER AND UNDER 12 GAUGE SHOTGUN 30" bbl. Full and modified choke. Fitted with another 28" bbl set in 20 gauge, full and mod. with 3" chambers that is unmarked but still numbered to the gun. Probably made by Simmons. The gun has probably been re-stocked and it is beautifully done with Circassian Walnut. Highly figured contrasting black and blond stripes throughout. Stock dimensions measure 14-3/4" to the end of the brown Pachmayr pad. Gun was manufactured in 1968 and is in virtually un-used condition. The engraving was signed by Arno. This is a round knob short tang Belgium made Browning fitted in original Browning 2-bbl set case. Nearly new condition. Excellent throughout!

Receiver has strong original blue in the protected areas with the balance flaking. Wood has been lightly sanded with a coat of finish applied. Just over 1 million serial number makes this a 1927 gun. Should make a handy little shooter.

W2331 WINCHESTER 1873 RIFLE 24 inch full octagon barrel chambered in 38 WCF caliber with a full length mag tube. Crescent butt plate. Very bright shiny bore. Crisp action. The top of the barrel and receiver have a Winchester factory oval proof indicating that the rifle was returned to the factory to be refurbished. Most of this finish remains on the barrel, mag tube and forend cap. Receiver blue is good on the right side with the left side and top being a gray/brown patina mixed with blue. Sights include a Lyman tang and a Lyman front with the factory sporting rear. Lightly freshened wood fits and looks good with no cracks or splits. Rifle was made in 1888.

Barrel and half mag have most original thinning blue remaining. Receiver is mostly silvered out with traces of original blue remaining in the protected areas. Wood is in good condition with some original varnish remaining. A good usable 1886 with a rifle style butt plate. Not a bad gun for being 115 years old!

In fact all metal on this gun has orig finish present. Just some light aging to the bbl blue. Custom buttstock with beautiful deluxe wood is in VG cond. Has a Noshock recoil pad. Forearm is orig and in VG cond with nice sharp checkering. Nice bright shiny bore. Good action. 16 ga's were very popular in the olden days. They are harder to find than a 12 ga. Nice Marlin.

Super book, the best of its kind. Out of print for about 20 years. We have the last of remaining new stock available, in shrink wrap. List price for the new reprint of this book is $225. These rare original factory sealed books are a real bargain at only $175, which is about half of what rare book sellers are charging for this edition.

W630 WINCHESTER MODEL 1892 MUSKET Scarce cal 32-20. Original 30" full round bbl with original sights. Original musket stock in generally VG condition with correct sling swivels and only a few handling mars. No splits or cracks. Very slight chip of wood missing in the upper right hand side near the tang. Good bbl markings. Overall metal is generally VG+ with 50% toning blue on bbl. Receiver is mostly flaked and is a plum/brown patina with traces of blue. All original with a few minor mars in the bbl, looks as though someone has taken the bbl off for some reason. I guarantee that it is the correct bbl for this frame. VG+ condition overall. Nice clean little gun.

W42 WINCHESTER MODEL 1885 DELUXE SCHUETZEN RIFLE Caliber .22 Short. Original 28 inch #3 full octagon barrel with an excellent bore. Sights include a vernier folding tang sight and a wind gauge front sight with spirit level. Original 3X grade pistol grip checkered Schuetzen style stock is in excellent condition with most orig lacquer intact, helm buttplate and Dutch pattern cheekpiece. Overall gun is exc with 98% orig bbl blue, 75-80% bright vivid case colors. The Schuetzen rifles with a case colored frame are really quite unusual, they're generally later guns than that. Complete with Factory Letter of Authenticity which states, 'no rear sight seat' but this has got a sight dovetail for a rear sight-probably an oversight or somebody put it in at a later time. If that's the case, they did a perfect job. Formerly in the Eldon Owens collection.

W1441  WINCHESTER MODEL 94 IN 32 WS It appears this Winchester has been through some changes over it's lifetime. The serial number is 990k. The front half of the gun is off a 64. Where the model is stamped has been filed lightly and stamped 94. Bbl is 24". Another oddity, there is a saddle ring on it. Rear sight is the flip type and the front sight is the later 64 style ramp. Receiver has quite a bit of blue remaining. Worn at the carry point. A possible re-blue on the receiver. Maybe when they changed the bbl.?. It does look very nice. Shotgun butt on this butt with hard rubber butt plate that has a couple of cracks. Nothing missing. Stock is in VG cond with just a slight splinter missing in top right hand corner. Forearm is very dark but cond is VG. This gun does have a great bore going for it. This gun is just begging to go on a deer, bear or wild bore hunt!!

Receiver has about 75% bright blue slightly toning. Traces of case colors on hammer and lever. Un-checkered plain pistol grip walnut stock is in fine condition with most original varnish and correct steel shot gun style butt plate. Very nice original old gun from 1910.

The receiver is also grey. Spots of pitting on the right side from poor storage. Wood is nice fitting and in good overall cond. The highlight is the excellent bore. SRC in 44 are getting harder and harder to find.

W626  VERY EARLY FIRST MODEL 1876 MUSKET Hawaiian musket features on this gun with the cleaning rod half exposed on the left hand side of the fore wood as well as the flip up spring loaded rear sight. Serial numbers in the 3800 range. This gun was part of a small group of 76 muskets that were sent to Northwest India approximately 1878. This is the only one I have seen with this exact configuration. Quite a unique gun. It has the 2nd model thumbprint dust cover with correct sliding rail. Overall the gun is in excellent+ condition with about 90% slightly toning bbl blue and 75% toning receiver blue. Original wood has a considerable amount of original varnish with a few mars and dings. Sound with no splits or cracks. VG condition with correct carbine style buttplate as well as sling swivels. Crisp and tight mechanical condition. Hard to improve upon this early 76 musket.

W939  FACTORY ENGRAVED WINCHESTER MODEL 1866 MUSKET Cal 44 RF. Excellent bore. Orig sights. Wood is in VG cond with a possible light coat of varnish added. Not sanded or undersized. Overall metal is in fine cond with about 75% orig nickel remaining on the bbl. Receiver has about 95% orig nickel turning a dull color. Factory engraved with a stagg on one side and scroll engraved on the other. All orig and complete with nickel plated sling swivels. Factory Letter of Authenticity from the Cody Museum. A nice specimen of a fairly hard to find gun and especially one that can be documented.

W273A  CUSTOM WINCHESTER 1892 RIFLE This gun was lavishly done with contemporary engraving and gold inlays. All is complemented by beautiful deluxe wood. Cal 32 WCF which has been re-stamped on the bbl as has "Winchester" on the upper tang. This gun was custom built, custom re-furbished and has quite a bit of eye appeal! Another good thing about this oct bbl rifle is the antique serial number being in the 140k serial range.

W1629  WINCHESTER HIGH WALL RIFLE Scarce caliber 50-95 WCF. Just over 100 were made according to Factory records. This one features the scarce thick side frame. Original 30 inch #3 barrel. Platinum lined rear sight. Wood has a few minor handling mars but still retains most orig varnish and rifle style buttplate. Most of these had shotgun butts and English proof markings. Fine cond at about 50% orig blue. A couple minor areas of pitting by the receiver. Receiver has about 30-40% case color showing. Vivid on one side and turning dark on the other. Comes with factory letter.

Semi-deluxe grade wood is checkered and in fine cond with most original lacquer remaining. Shotgun style butt plate. Gun features original sights including folding tang sight. Take down frame. Excellent cond with 98% bright barrel and mag blue and 96% lustrous blue on the receiver. Excellent+ condition inside and out. All original and in a scarce configuration and a rare caliber. The center piece of any high end Winchester collection.

W1482  DELUXE WINCHESTER MODEL 1886 RIFLE IN SCARCE CALIBER 40-70 26 inch octagon barrel and full length mag tube. Only 629 guns made in the 40-70 WCF caliber. Orig sights include typical sporting front sight as well as Winchester sporting rear sight and Lyman side mount receiver sight. Pistol grip checkered 3X grade walnut stock with a rifle style buttplate. Original sling swivels. Gun shows some wear to the checkering but no splits or cracks. Original large unused silver presentation placque on the side of the butt stock. Barrel and mag are mostly a plum/brown with traces of blue in protected areas. Bright shiny bore with crisp action. Scarce little gun, especially in this caliber. Gun is also pictured on page 343 of the Madis book.

MR1123  1884 SPRINGFIELD CADET RIFLE Caliber 45-70. Correct sling swivels. Original cleaning rod. Bayonet retains most original blue. Gun is mostly a plum/brown color with blue in protected areas. Lock plate is marked 1884. Good markings. Original wood has the correct cartouches showing. Dings and mars overall but no splits or cracks. A fairly decent little gun.

MHG652  SMITH & WESSON MODEL No.1 2ND ISSUE SPUR TRIGGER Cal 22 RF. 3-3/16" oct bbl. These little S&W's had a brass frame and this one was silver plated. Silver has flaked and has some tarnish in remaining spots. Smooth cylinder has the 3 patent dates found on the second issue model after 20k serial range. Bbl has just slight traces of blue in protected areas. Rosewood grips are in good overall condition with a couple hairline cracks on the right grip. Rifling is still visible in a rough bore. Great little addition to that Smith and Wesson collection.

MHG582  SMITH & WESSON MODEL NO. 2 ARMY REVOLVER This is a nice overall cond S & W with a 6" bbl. Cal 32 RF long. Quite a bit of finish on this old S & W. Right at about 40% and the left about 50%. Clean smooth metal with good markings. Tight pivot pin. Bore is good with a little light pitting but good rifling. Rosewood grips have just a couple light dings and match the cond of the gun. A nice antique revolver.

This is a very attractive gun with probably 60-70% blue thinning mostly on the cylinder. Rosewood grips show a few light handling mars. Still very nice condition.

Hard rubber grips in very good condition with just slight wear. Overall gun in near excellent condition with 85-90% original blue thinning in areas. Traces of case color remain on the hammer. Clean sharp gun. Only 862 made in this caliber.

This gun appears to be Nimschke engraved but it is hard to say. Very well done at any rate. Nice clean metal with some of the original finish. 2 inch barrel.

7113 WINCHESTER MODEL 1892 RIFLE IN .44-40 24 inch round barrel chambered in the desirable 44 WCF caliber with a button magazine. VG shootable bore. Original sights with a replaced blade on the front. All metal has turned a dark plum brown patina coloration. VG wood that has been carefully cleaned with a light coat of linseed oil added. Rifle style buttplate.

Forearm has a repaired splinter. Crescent buttplate. Smooth action. VG rifling. Scarce configuration.
